Procedure to enroll with us

Following annexure are to be attached with the filled in application form

1. 10th & 12th Mark Sheet
2. 12th migration certificate
3. Cast Certificate
4. Bonafide Certificate
5. Govt. Hospital Health Certificate

Application forms which are not fully and correctly filled in and to which the required certificates are not attached will be rejected.
